Rest Haven York is a Medicare and Medicaid certified, 159-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Family owned and operated, Rest Haven has been serving York, Pennsylvania, and the surrounding areas, since 1962.
Our excellent therapy services specialize in recovery from surgery, accidents, or other acute medical events. On-site physical, occupational, and speech therapies work together to regain and maintain the highest level of independence possible for our residents.
Long-term care strives to provide a warm, comfortable, and homey environment, where residents are cared for by familiar faces. Consistent staffing in each area of the building guarantees that every resident gets to know his, or her, caregivers and is seen as a person, not a patient.
